Refund Policy
At happiest.team, we provide digital services for community building and club management. As such, there are no physical products shipped.
Club Creation Fees (for Paid Clubs)
Fees for creating a paid club are non-refundable, once the club is successfully set up.
Club Joining Fees (for Paid Clubs)
If you join a paid club, the joining fee is collected on behalf of the club owner.
The platform retains a 10% service fee from the joining fee.
Refunds for joining fees are subject to the individual club's policy. We recommend you review the club's rules before joining.
Platform Service Fee
The 10% platform fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us at info@happiest.team within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review your request.
